im pretty sure that this is just a cab file... if so all you do is place on your storage card and than on the phone double click and than install to main memory (unzip first) if not and it has to go into the windows folder just drag over the needed files through activesync and than once you do that disconnect and copy and paste through file explorer to the windows folder.

if you have a qvga device it will work.

I have the htc 8925 (Att tilt) and when I tried to install it, it didn't work. I am not sure if it's something I am doing or what, but I just wanted to say thanks. It looks nice from the pictures.

did you soft reset after you did the install?

MOST of this is a great improvement over the base dialer. I have only one issue. I use speed dialing extensively to 'keep my eyes on the road'. But I can't find any way to speed dial using this skin on my XV6900... any suggestions?
