if i put the telus radio on will i lose my flashed rom that i installed on my phone

no you will not lose anything..... all your apps and everything will still be on there and the onyl way to get rid of a rom is to flash to a different one.

that is correct, you will not lose the rom or any of the apps that you have installed and the radio update is the same process as the rom and you dont need to unlock ever again unless you actually relock

well im gonna us telus because i live in novi michigan so if ur using the telus in grand rapids then it should work for me correct

Same process as flashing a ROM except this will NOT erase your memory. And any of these radios will work on any CDMA (which is what you have) Touch Diamond. It all depends on whee you are which on is best. I find on the TP that east coasters should use the Sprint radio, whereas people Mid-upper country should use the telus radio. Not too sure if the same applies for the Diamond, but try em out and see.


EDIT: Ok so apparently, according to the first post, a radio flash on a diamond does erase your memory. I can not confirm this since I have a TP and not a diamond, but back your info up anyways just to be safe.

any clue on which is better on the West Coast? Cali to be exact? cause my reception inside my house is garbage... but outside it's clean...

is this updated with the newest radios?.. i want to use the telus.. just want to know if theres anything i have to do besides just flash?

will it effect the picturemail, text, gps, or anything like that?

i'm using sprint telenav will it effect it's registration?

yes these are the latest that i know of at least. nope just flash like you would a rom
