sorry i forgot to add the instructions...can somebody add this to the first post please and thank you!
1. Download .zip file.
2. Extract files to your desired directory.
3. Plug your berry to the computer via usb.
4. Go to your "my computer" screen and look for your phones folder (the memory card)
5. Make a new folder named after the them.
6. Copy the unzipped files to that folder.
7. On your phone, go to "Media".
8. Click menu button (left of the trackball) and select explore.
9. Find your folder you created with the zipped files in it.
10. Once in that folder..find the .jad file and select it. Select download and the theme will install. Voila..your done.
