I used it a couple of months back and work pretty steady..just make sure to read tutorial on how to flash..and also unlock your phone..good luck

i used it and was a great roms thats didnt give me any troubles what so ever.... he does a great job building these and if you like packed roms you will like this :)

i havent used weather panel but i dont think that they have animations and if they do it may be through a theme or such......
