no noty over an application that they offer on their website as do many others.... but of you do have a custom rom they will or even custom bootup screens since that voids warranty in their minds..... so if your on stock you will be cool bringing it in with this but as just said they may hard reset your device so expect to have to set up everything and make sure that your contacts are backed up.
