So once all these .rar files are on my pc, is the a certain way to combine them or do we need to make an iso image?

hey bro no you simply have to extract the first file and you will end up with the avi file which is the movie!!!

How come sometimes when I do that it says" need volume" etc and basically tells me to F off, lol?

whatever part it is saying that about sounds like i corrupt and didnt download dcorrectly.... i would try that part again.
