no you dont need to pay for the hardspl.... you only pay for the sim unlock if you would like that.... the hardspl is free as usual.

just got my sprint pro2. downloaded the latest unlokcking version. I keep getting error 246 device not responding.

thx dash. i am connected activesync on my xp and so on......... automatic unlock dont work at all and manual mode gives me the error 246... seen this video before i even received my pro2

also i never get black screen in automatic mode.......... even after i manually put phone into bootloader and run manual mode on unlocker, it stays at 0%............ Have to soft reset phone

ok. so your running the unlocker on an xp machine and automatic unlock doesn't work.....

when you connect the phoen to your computer are you selecting connect via active sync on your phone? also before any unlocking take out the sd card if you have one installed. this way the only options you have are connect via active sync or tethering.

yes i press connect activesync on phone and activesync is active and synced my tasks. double tap unlocker then automatic and it errors out asking me to donate. I try manual mode, and then it gets stuck at 0%. no sim card or sd is installed.

any firewall settings blocking any apps? grab some screen shots of your desktop and post them. it's kinda hard to trouble shoot stuff on a forum. i can't say i've ran into that problem. every computer and phone i've unlocked worked flawessly, which doesn't help your current situation. have you tired on a different computer?



dash, what about a SPJ support netop/ remote control/ remote support/help desk section?

Im having the same issue, i unlocked one TP2 but it wont let me unlock my 2nd one. It tells me i can only use it for one device then i have to donate. I will donate but im just wondering is that the case with this unlocker.
