please note: this is an unsupported mightyrom release.
This means that this is just a fun project for myself.
This ROM has been built using the same standards as
my normal releases, although I am very new to the
6.5.3 system builds. Also note, the 6.5.3 platform
is still a work in progress from microsoft, therefore
the system may have bugs that I cannot control.

yea i would still make a new thread for the mere fact that there are bound to be fixes made or that work from past versions or other roms..... will also keep clean and not confuse people on what rom we are talking about in this thread... if you dont wanna post il get it up later tonight hopefully.

thanks jew and to posting them up if you look in the pc area i believe we have a release tool that you can use.... my boy for ppcwarez whipped it up and gave us permission to use it since i helped with the idea....

Great ROM

I installed this ROM last night. Thanks to Mighty Mike - I'm sure I'd be waiting forever for Verizon to get WM 6.5 out to us! And thanks to Dash for the YouTube video that let me know that this was possible! Everything looks amazing and works great except for 2 things...
1. Some of my punctuation keys on my physical keyboard are out of whack - for example when I press my ! I get :, : is /, + is =, ~ is !, and I have no comma... Did I overlook something in my install? Any help would be appreciated!
2. My weather location is correct, but at 9:15 AM in Virginia it is still showing the moon graphic... This doesn't matter, but is the only other thing out of the ordinary that I've found with this excellent ROM...

and for the weather you just need to make sure you go to settings and turn on automatic update from there and that will take care of that issue for you and i see you got the other one taken care of.

I have what probably is a noob question. VZW TP2 is gsm and cdma isn't it? I haven't tried, but can you also flash gsm roms onto it?

no you cannot flash gsm roms on it.... it is a cdma phone that can be unlocked to accept american sim cards.... you will still need roms made for your phone and not the gsm version. the gsm version is just a sim card slot, they have a different rom buildup than we do on our cdma touch pro 2s
