ok im really rusty and trying to spruce up my skills in photoshop but heres my attempt at one for you.

very nice dash, good to see you brushin up on your photoshop skills :) the only thing i would suggest is maybe giving the text a stroke of like 3 pixels to define it from the background and maybe turn antialiasing to smooth. oh and just give the moguls a drop shadow :) other than that great work!
