one with a lot of apps would be sweet, less time installing... takes me about 3 hour after a hard reset to get everything back... (9 tabs on ult launch...)

1 tab for home, 1 for music playlists (comedy, country, metal...etc), 1 for pie favorites, 1 for games, 5 for apps

no rom is better than anotyher it all depends on what the user is looking for. kaos has a great rom that he released
