First rom availble with the awaited WM6.5 has been released for the Blue Angel QVGA
The first ROM with Windows Mobile 6.5 modules is here. Posted by sun_dream at xda-developers is suitable for HTC’s Blue Angel, or as it is mostly known, O2 XDA IIs, Qtek 9090, T-Mobile MDA III.
sun_dream also posted the following video, that shows a new panel screen, resembling one of the screen-shots we have seen earlier.
The ROM, is a Beta and doesn’t carry the whole OS, so expect the final product to be a lot different.

Well I will describe the changes in a few words, there is new today plugin which is similar to the smartphone chome (it is chome but difrent version for pocketpc's with changed structure and resources) new PIE8 which is a lot faster than previous builds and uses new zooming engine and of course plays flash content. Touch scrolling has been improved a lot.
