The Google Pixel Watch is still one of the best smartwatches that you can pick up today. It can seamlessly integrate with several of Google’s services, as you can imagine. However, there seem to be two services that are giving this watch some trouble. According to a report, the Pixel Watch is having trouble with the At a Glance complication and Gboard.
The At a Glance complication is the version of the At a Glance widget that’s available on the Pixel Watches. Depending on the watch face you’re using, you’ll see some important information that you’d see on the widget. When you look at it, you’ll see three lines of information with the date, temperature, and forecast. It’s a great way to get a quick look at your day on the go.
But, the At a Glance complication is acting up on the Pixel Watch
It seems that there’s a bug in the software because users are noticing a problem. For some reason, the At a Glance complication is not showing the date. Looking at the widget, users are only seeing the temperature and forecast. It’s not quite the biggest omission, but there’s really no reason to get rid of it. So, it doesn’t seem likely that this was a move by Google. As per the report, it looks like this happened via a server-side change.
Next up, if you’re trying to install the latest update for Gboard, then you’re going to be out of luck. People have reported seeing an update in the Google Play Store for the Gboard app. However, when people tap on the Install button, they’ll see the “Can’t install Gboard†message pop up. We’re not sure that the issue is with Gboard, but it should, hopefully, be fixed soon.
We don’t know if Google knows about these issues, but issues like these tend to be patched up fairly quickly.
