I know I don't post very much, but I do frequent SPJ, I give rep and click installed when I get things so don't think I'm some sort of big leecher.
Anyway, I wanted to tell you all about my Sprint experience today.
I've had a Mogul for a while since they came out actually. It's a wonderful phone and all, but it's slow and when I saw Manilla 2d I had to have it. A few days ago my mogul died on me and I called to get a replacement one. I argued the point of getting a TP to no avail. The replacement came today only for me to find out it's broken as well! I called sprint calmly and explained what happened.
They said no problem and they would ship out a new mog- Oops, no moguls in stock.
"Sir, have you ever heard of the touch pro?" is what I got.
"Yes, I've seen it in the store a couple times" Trying to hold in my excitement.
"Well it seems we don't have any refurbished ones in stock either, so I'm going to ship out a brand new in box touch pro for you today."
So I'll let you guys know when that gets here to see if Daniel with tech support was telling the truth.
