mSpot to offer full length movies on the Pre

According to the NY Times, mSpot has announced that they will be offering movie rentals at $4.99 a pop. Rentals from mSpot can be watched from 24 hours to 5 days after being delivered. It looks like the company has signed deals with Paramount Studios, Universal Pictures, and the Weinstein Company, and is in talks with other major studios.
While more options are always a good thing, my question is this: is $4.99 a fair price to watch a movie on a screen that's smaller than 4 inches (3.1 inches, in the Pre's case)? While I let that query wreak havoc on your gray matter, let me point out that Adobe announced back in February that they'd deliver Flash to webOS by the end of the year, meaning we hope to see Flash support not too long afterwards. Hulu, anyone?
