I have two young men that want to start working on internet graphics and phone graphics and have no idea what program to even recommend to them to learn and to find copies to start practicing.... can anyone help that really knows? thanks

hi whel for making grafics most off designer here use CS4 OR CS3 it takes a lot of time whil ad some links to start whit ebooks whit basic steps and further info and a thread where you can ask about photoshop
