Re: AT&T's Gripe About Verizon Ads Doesn't Sway Judge
"Judge Timothy Batten, in an oral statement, denied AT&T's request for a temporary restraining order during the nearly two-hour hearing in at&t verizon mapAtlanta at the federal district court for northern Georgia."
Kinda' backs up what I was saying about them using the courts as a competitive weapon... in this case, it's failing, as it should. Hey, jerks, instead of suing people, upgrade the network! I'd go with T-Mo before I would ATT just so I didn't have to do business with a company with this type of ethic. -

A-freakin'-MEN!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Judge Batten, I mean why is it "illegal" to advertise the TRUTH, when was that law passed? Seriously, I've been trying to get the freaking B/F over to Verizon, but he is STUCK on the iPhone, so whatever!!!!!!! He has NO Service, completely X'd out at the house..........ME=3-4 bars, depending on where I am in the house!!!!!!! He's actually "considering" some type of cell signal booster box thing from AT&T which costs another 20 bucks a month, SERIOUSLY????Comment

Re: AT&T's Gripe About Verizon Ads Doesn't Sway Judge
thats why it is as high as it is currently for them hahaha, they could stop those commercials by fixing their network..... sounds pretty easy and cheaper to me than going to court day after day for bogus accusations just cause they wanna get attention and need to feel as if they are the best.Comment
