        there had to have been some sort of shell on the thing.... im not sure if they have any for the imagio out yet that are form fit but he found or rigged something to work.

            i think they were trying to see how many people that they could fool... thats why such the far view sicne they didnt want you to see the clear waterproof case on the device.... think of it, running device creating electricity, placed in water while electricity is being pulled and moved around the device, add water, no way that the phone is sealed that good to be submerged for that long of a period... a couple seconds yes buut not constant like that

            hell i could be wrong but thats just my outlook

                if you notice he is no longer on because the phone doesnt work anymore.... fried the board instantly upon contact... he will be back on wehn he gets back inside.... and the ocean has salt and salt corrodes keep that in mind
