i cant agree with the old man in his living room, he says sprint has the worst customer service in the game when it is at&t. its been proven that AT&T has the worst.... and these are skilled guys there saying? they may wanna check their facts

The old guy might want to check into a real microphone, but he makes a point about Palm being saddled with Sprint. Sure, it's not as bad as being saddled with ATT, but no one can deny that *for whatever reason* Sprint is currently a sinking ship. He also makes a good point about the "marginal phones" that run Windows. There are some phones on the market running Windows that simply suck... and we've already discussed the lack of advertisement and support.

I'll rename the guy in the beard "Captain Obvious."

however, he did say that he uses winmo. i do think he's dead on with his assessment of the user interface being blah and that's why htc does so well....because they change the user interface. htc = #1

true but user interface isnt going to make people happy if it can be used effectively and without crashing... i would rather have a blah look and have something work rather than it be flashy beyond belief and work like shit.
