4th Generation iPhone revealed!

According to iPhone developer, the next version of the iPhone is a go, and that the phone is being used by developers even at this moment.
As per a report by MacRumors, usage records for an unreleased iPhone have been spotted. The app used was iBART , which is a public transportation guide for the San Francisco train system. The first news of the next gen iPhone broke out back in August when it was discovered in the iPhone firmware files, but this is the first time the handset has actually been spotted.
As expected, details of the next0gen iPhone have been kept tightly under wraps, but we do know one thing - the new iPhone will have a multi core processor that could enhance performance significantly. The naming scheme has not changed so we can refer to the new iPhone as iPhone 3.1, the successor of the 2.1 (3GS) and the 1.2 (3G). The iPhone 3.1 will face a stiff competition from the likes of Palm and especially Android based phones like the Motorola Droid and the barrage of HTC handsets.

a keyboard would be great but I don't see that happening either. That would be a killer phone though.

hahhahah they wont be at&t only for long... verizon and t-mobile have their eyes peeled as soon as that clock strikes 2010 they are free from exclusivity contract

Verizon knows that AT&T service is not up to par and they are hitting them at the worst time. Apple people see those commercials and I am sure aside from the obvious that there service is bogged down, those commercials hurt the iphone for mass appeal. I hope the iphone comes to sprint. I doubt it but it would be a nice toy to play with (note I said toy)

verizon and t-mobile have had the best and furthest talks with bringing them on their boat... why do you think verizon is coming out with these commercials just before the new year? they know that apple is free to go anywhere they like when the ball drops on new years

yup I also have some insider news that sprint is quietly interested in the iphone as well. Only thing that would keep me from joining verizon is the new ETF and the want to decrease the screen size from a 3.5 to a 2.8...which blowssssssss

yeah the size thing i dont like and the other may not get through.... judges are in on the case as we speak and most likely wont be allowed.
