    Windows in under your device, same place as the programs folder. And yes Resco and total commander are programs that you will have to download and install on your phone for this to work

                its attached so you can download the rar file or you can double click the picture to enlarge than right click and save as.

                        Hey guys thanks for all your help! Hopefully I wont get on your nerves (yet). Well I downloaded the Resco file to my home pc. (its a .rar file) Then I sync it to my pocket PC and dropped it in the DCIM folder. I try to open it but it says .."There is no app associated with re20087.05 Run the app first,then open the file fromwithin the app".........What to do?

                            unzip it on your computer and than run the cab file on your phone and you will be fine.

                                I unzipped the file on my pc then all the files I sent them to the DCIM folder on my Touch Pro. Now all these files are on my phone but I still cant open them. I see the "00CAB28A" file. Nothing I did worked, I think I give up ..

                                    A cab file will look like a rar file on your comp. If you open it up with winrar on your comp, and all you see is a bunch of weird files and setup.xml and stuff like that, then the file your opening is a cab, in which case it can go directly on your phone.

                                                    make sure you name it welcomehead.96.png and you dont have to rename it on the phone itself, i would do it all from the pc and then drop it in windows folder and REPLACE it
